1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all regions within the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on product size, weight, and location.
Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Courier information
- Live tracking link (where available)
6. Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will make at least one delivery attempt.
If delivery is missed:
- A card may be left
- You may need to reschedule delivery or collect from a local depot
Failure to collect may result in the order being returned to us.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or resent free of charge.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or if any part of your order is missing, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the damage
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
9. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Courier issues
- High order volumes
- Public holidays
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
