Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SEATIQ FURNITURE. We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as delivered

Returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be rejected.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or faulty)
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 24 hours.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach photos of the damage or issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, faulty), we cover the return cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We will provide instructions and the correct return address once your request is approved.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items missing parts or accessorie
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation will follow the standard return process.
